What is your return policy?

You have 7 days from the receipt of your purchase to contact us to receive a refund or exchange on the item only. Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded.  You, the buyer, will be responsible for any return shipping costs that are needed for a return. Please inform us if you intend to return an item and any returned items that are not informed of the return or come outside of a box or a padded envelope will not be accepted and will be sent back. Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you received an item and didn't like it for any reason and would like to exchange it for another item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

What if my package has not been delivered?

Reach out to us and we will try and help track it down. We also recommend that you open an inquiry with the USPS and use the tracking number supplied to you. We will also open up an inquiry as well. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages and if insurance was not purchased, we will not issue any refunds.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes! We also highly recommend that shipping insurance is purchased during checkout so your new treasure is covered against damages or loss.

What about Customs, VAT and Taxes?

We are not responsible for International Customs Fees, that is the buyers responsibility. Please know your country's laws on taxes and VATS. Thank you for your understanding! We will also not falsify any customs documents to show a lesser value as that is highly illegal.


Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
